As part of our internationalisation strategy, OPTIMAR SPAIN SAU participated in the Seafood Expo Asia 2025 held in Singapore, with support from the FOEXGA 2025 programme. This initiative is co-financed by the European Union through the ERDF.
The visit exceeded expectations, enabling us to establish valuable connections with aquaculture and seafood processing companies across Asia. This marks our first entry into the Asian market, made possible thanks to EU financial support, which significantly reduced the cost burden of this strategic move.
Our motivation stemmed from a long-standing interest in understanding the Asian seafood market firsthand. The opportunity to co-exhibit at the Consellería do Mar stand was a decisive factor in our participation.
