How it works:

AutoPacker uses a pick-and-place solution with a six-axis robot, combined with a proprietary solution for interlayer packaging. This automatic packing table performs product weight estimation, sorting, packaging with plastic interlayers, and optimization of box weight.

AutoPacker has a modular design, so that the packing station and infeed conveyor can be assembled and configured as needed to achieve the desired capacity. The minimum recommended configuration is two modules for efficient box weight optimization, and at least eight modules if the packing table is also to be used as a sorting solution.
