How it works:
The AutoPacker features a six-axis pick-and-place robot, with each module including a double interlayer packing solution. The automatic packing table estimates product weight, sorts and packs with plastic interlayers, and optimizes box weight.
Thanks to its modular design, the packing station and infeed conveyor can be assembled and configured to match the desired capacity. The minimum setup includes one module, with two packing stations, for each product type to be sorted and weight-optimized.
