Brine Freezing Tank™
Brine Freezing Tank is a solution for IQF freezing of small pelagic fish species. Through a controlled feeding process, the product is immersed in brine, and after the correct residence time, it is released ready IQF frozen. The brine is cooled via a cooling coil where a refrigerant circulates.

How it works:
The Brine Freezing Tank has a user-friendly interface with a recipe configurator for different types of products included. It is easy to clean and includes a lifting system for the conveyor belt to easily clean the tank interior.
