Advanced Features of the "Berlin"
The new trawler, "Berlin," is equipped with several advanced features:

• Whitefish Processing Line: This line includes fillet production and automatic portioning of fillets. Additionally, it offers the option to deliver gutted and frozen fish to onshore facilities.
• Dedicated Shrimp Line: Capable of handling approximately 30 tons of single frozen shrimp.
• Bleeding Tank: Designed with input from the shipping company, the bleeding tank ensures even and frequent water circulation for more efficient bleeding of the fish.
• Optimar Autofreezers: Three Optimar Autofreezers are installed to ensure fast freezing of the fish, enhancing the efficiency of both fillet and portion production.
• Automated Handling Solutions: Optimar’s automated hotel solution and self-patented palletizer with an integrated lift enable extensive automated handling of the fish and ensure clean pallets during unloading.
