Compact Palletizer is an automatic palletizing system for various types of cartons/blocks that transports pallets to the loading elevator or to the front loading bay.

How it works:

The palletizing unit is automatically operated based on block size 530x530x100 mm / 1070x475x100 mm (to be agreed) and rounds cartons with size 485x255x200 mm (different dimensions are available). Pallet size between 800-1200 mm (to be agreed). Adjustable number of cartons on each pallet. Automatically operated plastic packaging. Automatic block lift for blocks to the top of the palletizing unit. Block safety device installed on the top of the palletizing unit. Automatic lift for pallet to the top of the palletizing unit. Palletizing unit with integrated plastic packaging, adjustable number of plastic packaging. Fully automatic plastic packaging including cutting of plastic after packaging and fixing of plastic for new pallet.

Block infeed height: flexible (to be agreed). Pallet conveyor outfeed height: 300-350 mm. Made of painted steel (optional stainless steel). Empty pallets are automatically transported into the pallet rack using a roller conveyor.
