How it works:
The H1 Onboard Autofreezer utilizes the entire height of the available space for freezing. Unlike traditional systems, no additional space is required for situations where all stations must be open at the same time. In addition, the H1 is fully automatic, eliminating height restrictions when loading and unloading.
Hydraulic equalization systems ensure constant surface pressure, increasing freezing capacity by up to 20%. The pressure on the contents of a frame remains stable regardless of the position of the station – bottom, top or in between. Once a station is loaded and the plates are closed, freezing begins immediately, providing a thorough and even process. While one side of the station is being emptied, it is automatically loaded from the opposite side – saving time and energy.
