OptiBlast Hotel Freezer™




Using advanced automation, Optiblast Hotel offers a modern logistics solution for storing and freezing fish in trays and boxes. Optiblast Hotel is an automatic freezing hotel that freezes the products and logs how long each individual product must be in the freezer to achieve the correct core temperature. An automatic logistics system for inbound and outbound transport to and from the freezer is included.

How it works:
The fish is stored in trays and transported to the freezer. Two sluice gates prevent "warm" air from the factory from entering the freezer directly. Automatic elevators place the tray on predefined shelves, and the system begins to log the freezing time. When the desired freezing time is achieved, the elevator picks up the tray, and the transport out of the freezer begins. Two sluice gates also protect the exit from warm air from the factory.
