H6 AutoFreeze CTS™
Fully automatic horizontal plate freezer with continuous loading and unloading. It has a clean-friendly and hygienic design made for land-based use and in freezing areas.

How it works:
A full plate stack pressure mechanism ensures maximum contact surface and minimum freezing time. Depending on the product, size, temperature requirements and type of freezing system, the product handles 60-100 tons per day. The freezing time is calculated and tested to determine the final capacity.
All products, systems, and factory solutions can be customized to your needs by Optimar.
Specifications:
- Configurable number of stations (21 is standard).
- Can handle different frame sizes and more than one frame size (Standard plate = 2450 x 1800 mm, but configurable).
- Can be mounted for both CO2 and ammonia (CO2 is the recommended choice).
- Loading and unloading is approx. 20 seconds per row (3 rows per station = 1 minute).
- Power 480 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz. 15 kW. Hydraulics 160 bar, 60 l/minute.
- Minimum operating temperature is -34 °C.
