The Freezing Rack Loader is designed to feed standard pelagic fish cartons into freezer racks. The machine collects cartons from the strapping machine and automatically feeds five by five cartons into freezer racks.

How it works:

The Freezing Rack Loader creates a stacking pattern of 3+2, 2+3, 3+2... to create secure pallets. PLC controlled lift positioning makes the system very flexible and easy to adapt to any racking system.
