Ice Dosage Machine™
Optimar’s Ice Dosage Machine is specially developed for the accurate and efficient batching of ice into fresh-packed fish cartons. By fully automating this process, the machine removes one of the hardest and most demanding manual operations in a fresh fish packing line.

- Can be delivered with an optional control system that automatically manages both the filling of the fish cartons and the refilling of ice in the buffer tank
- Robust stainless steel construction to ensure a long service life and optimal hygiene in demanding production environments
How it works:
The machine combines reliable mechanics with smart features for a smooth and safe workflow. It is equipped with a large buffer tank of up to 1500 liters located on top of the conveyor belt. This acts as a short-term storage and can hold up to 500 kg of ice.
The ice is quickly and accurately batched into the cartons with a capacity of up to 8 batches per minute.
