OptiTube Bleed and Chill™
With OptiTube Bleed and Chill the fish is kept cool and in motion with water while it is bled out. The circulation is controlled to create different zones in the tube, which provides a first-in, first-out transport, while helping the fish to bleed out more efficiently and more gently.

How it works:
The main pipe is first filled with water from the water flow system. After and during filling, a pump ensures water flow circulation from one end to the other. The main pipe should be filled with fish up to 65% of the total volume, and the fish will then be transported by the water flow to the outlet end of the pipe. Water is injected into the pipe via a series of nozzles that create a special water flow that gently pushes the fish forward. At the outlet end, a drum wheel is placed that gently lifts the fish out of the pipe. The water flow can also be set to standby mode to store the fish for a specified period of time.
