How it works:
A robot performs the stabbing with a specially designed blade. This combination ensures high precision and capacity. The solution is fully automated and ensures easy post-fish inspection, reducing the number of operators needed compared to traditional methods.
With step-by-step guided calibration, commissioning and service are more efficient, saving time and enabling customers to perform adjustments themselves.
The software has also been significantly improved, with completely redesigned PLC and Vision software code, resulting in a more robust and reliable system.
A new feature now enables winter sore detection, offering valuable insight into raw material quality.
