The Continuous Thawing Tank enables the thawing of frozen fish blocks, squid and IQF frozen products. The product is gently transported through the tank, where recirculation pumps, heat exchangers and air blowers help achieve optimal thawing.

How it works:

The process uses cold water thawing, which provides maximum product quality for the next process (e.g. filleting). The thawing process is both progressive and smooth, ensuring high performance and preservation of product properties.
