How it works:

The V4 robotic system is specially designed to gently and food-safely pick and lift frozen seafood blocks from vertical freezers. The robot is attached to round, hygienic rails next to the outfeed conveyor – the same conveyor used to transport the blocks to packaging. The robot automatically moves along the freezers, picking up one full block section at a time and placing the blocks onto the OPTI V4 conveyor. The V4 unloading system can be adapted to most customer needs and different setups – even multi-robot setups.
