V1 Block Unloader™

The most direct and easy way to empty a freezer. Works quickly and gently by removing the frozen blocks sideways from the freezer, without the need to lift or drop the blocks.

How it works:

V1 Block Unloader is mounted on top of a custom vertical freezer. The unloading unit travels the full length of the freezer, and at each freezing position it pushes out two half blocks laterally. The blocks then slide down onto a conveyor belt mounted along the side of the freezer for onward transport to packaging.
